About MyIMAGE
MyIMAGE.my is a free set of 19 image tools, made in Malaysia and available in English and Bahasa Melayu. There is no sign-up and no forced watermark.
What it is for
It handles everyday image jobs: making a photo smaller for a form or portal, setting exact sizes, preparing a 35 x 50 mm passport photo, covering an IC number before sharing, changing a background colour, or making a QR code for WhatsApp.
How it works
Your browser does the work on your own device, so your images are not sent to our server. Background removal uses an AI model of about 56 MB in total, which your browser downloads the first time and then runs locally.
How to check it yourself
Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab and process an image. You will see no request carrying your file. The only thing sent when you download is a bare number for the download counter.
What it does not do
MyIMAGE does not decide whether a photo will be accepted. It sets the size you ask for, while background, lighting and other rules are checked by the office or portal you apply to.
Who keeps it running
MyIMAGE is run by the creator of MyPDF.my and is kept free with the help of donations.
