Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to transparency when converting to JPG?
JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas become white. Choose PNG or WebP to keep them.
Can I convert an animated GIF?
Only its first frame is converted, because the saved file holds a single picture.
Can I convert HEIC photos from an iPhone?
Not yet. Most browsers cannot read HEIC, so this tool does not accept it for now.
