1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MyIMAGE (MyIMAGE.my, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

MyIMAGE provides free online tools to compress, resize, crop and convert images.

The Service is offered free of charge and does not require registration, an account, or an email address.

3. Your files and privacy

All file processing happens locally in your web browser. Your images are never uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted to our servers.

Because we never receive your files, we cannot view, access, recover or delete them. Once you close or refresh the page, any processed output exists only where you saved it.

MyIMAGE does not run usage analytics or show ads, and the content of your files is never collected.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content that infringes the copyright, trademark or other rights of any third party.
• Process, create or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive material.
• Remove or alter watermarks or protections on images you do not have the legal right to modify.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Ownership of your content

You retain full ownership of every file you process with MyIMAGE. We claim no rights over your images or the output generated from them.

You are solely responsible for making sure you have the legal right to process and modify the files you use with the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The MyIMAGE name, logo, design and website code are the property of MyIMAGE.my. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Results may vary depending on the source image and your browser. Always keep a copy of your original files and review the output before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyIMAGE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party hosting, analytics and open-source libraries. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
