Why are there marks left around my signature?
Shadows, creases or lines on the paper can look like ink. Choose "Marks on the paper", or retake the photo on clean paper in even light.
Can I use this signature on any document?
Whether an image of a signature is accepted depends on the organisation and the document, so check with them. Only use your own signature, or one you have permission to use.
